I had an issue with where the bus station was actually located. I made reservations to travel from Richmond, VA to ChRlottesvilke, VA. I came up with three different addresses for FlixBus in Richmond. I went to one location that was printed on my confirmation. The address was a parking lot! And, did not appear to be the right location. I finally ended up calling Customer Service, and was given two additional addresses. It was ALL very confusion. The Customer Service woman I spoke to was nice, but she had a very heavy accent and I could not understand most of what she said. When I finally got a good address and showed up at the location, again it was a large parking lot! However, it did have a streer bus stop. Another person showed up and he too was confused about where to meet the bus. The bus did finally arrived and the trip to Charlottesvile went well. The driver was very professional and there were no driving issues of any kind. The bus was very clean, had good leg room, but no toilet facility. Would I use this service again -- YES.

None of the outlets on the bus worked and the lights in the bathroom were out which made everyone in the bus very agitated and loud. The WiFi was at best shoddy.
