I had to then book a hotel room for my luggage which was costing money. 12 hours later and I am still waiting on my bus which means I will arrive in New York at 4am. Which again means I will be walking at night in New York City with all my luggage. Not happy with the way greyhound handled my situation

We tried to get a bus from Montreal but it said it was sold out. So we taxied to Plattsburgh to get this bus. When we got on the bus, we realized it had come FROM Montreal and there were still seats available. It was frustrating that we were unable to buy tickets to just board the bus in Montreal.
