We enjoyed the Flota Occidental bus ride from Pereira to Medellin. It was a luxurious double-decked bus with a bus attendant that will take food orders. Bus seats could recline 160 degrees, comfy seats and spacious. Freshly made to order food were collected from a restaurant about 2 hours after departure. Very delicious meal & reasonably priced. Bus was on time, very clean, safe & experienced driver and a very dedicated bus attendant. We highly recommend Flota Occidental buses!

There was nothing enjoyable about this journey. We were in a large van, no wifi or bathroom like we booked. No AC and it was miserable. We were made to sit in the front seat squished next to the driver who drove like a maniac, passing cars around corners, nearly crashing several times.
