However, some travelers have noted issues such as unreliable Wi-Fi despite being advertised and unexpected delays during trips. Additionally, there were concerns about frequent stops by the driver for personal reasons and occasional salespeople boarding the bus unexpectedly.
Comfortable seats and aircon wasn’t polar, so journey was good! Would use this company again.

- bus was very loud with no one respecting each other's surroundings (playing music and videos loudly) - there was a 40 minute stop after the planned stop in Baranquilla which delayed us alot - the seats didn't all recline - smelled of urine!
Priyanka P.
Really nice, modern bus. Very clean. Left 10 minutes late, but arrived over half hour late. Otherwise a good trip.
Nigel P.
Bus was a bit late but comfortable and no issues.
Gareth D.
Awful - started the day with a 1hr30 min delay which we were only told about when we arrived at the bus terminal. Then what was supposed to be a 4.5hr journey, turned into an 8 hr one. Very slow and super long day.
Frances S.
We were supposed to arrive at 8:30am. We arrived at 2:30pm.
