Users have shared that the bus service provides a comfortable experience with friendly drivers, contributing to an enjoyable journey. However, there is feedback suggesting that some staff members could adopt a more reserved approach in their interactions with passengers.
The first experience that my 4 children had today was completely unacceptable. The driver of the bus that was travelling from Newcastle @ 07:30am to Johannesburg was picking people up and dropping off and collecting money. As in picking random people and dropping them 1 or 2km’s away like a local taxi. What if one of those random people is a thug and is let into the bus only to hold people at gun point and take everything from the passangers. The bus waa overloaded, people were standing, it was crowded. Unprofessional behavior amd distasteful from Eagle Liner, I will never book this bus again. I will also report this incident to the Department of Transport to ensure that traffic departments in the country stop busses and check for overloading. Putting people’s lives at risk for greed of small change, I have never heard of such behavior. I always booked Intercape for my teens and I realize today that I should always book Intercape because Eagle Liner operates likea corrupt taxi service.

They dropped me off in the wrong station and i had to wait 2 hours to be picked up due to heavy traffic and my transport was waiting for me at the wrong station.

The bus took way longer than expected. My ticket said the bus would get to Midrand at 12:00pm. I only got there at 15:00!! The driver was taking longer and stopping at unnecessary taxi ranks and dodgy stations.
Customers praise the luxurious experience on the bus, describing it as top-notch. They appreciate arriving safely but suggest improvements in seating arrangements by Intercape for a more comfortable journey.
The bus came 2 hours late to the pick up point. No communication was done, very disappointing

The bus was late by 1hour 30mins and there was no update informing us that the bus is running late. Secondly there are no seat allocations, it was chaotic having to find a seat especially since people were out so it wasn’t easy to identify which seat is occupied.

I was grateful that we arrived safely. I however feel that intercape has to deal with seating accordingly .
