Bus from Midrand to Mthatha: Tickets & Schedules

Our Bus stacked with us for 7 hours ...I was going to the funeral that day I ended up not making it

There was no communication with the driver and also the seats were small. Charging ports most were not working

Driver drove very well 👌🏾 I was not happy with the hygiene of the bus. There were so many cockroaches and they were even crawling on me. Please do a pest control. The bus is infested with cockroaches

My experience with Eagle Liner was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The bus was infested with bedbugs, which made the entire journey stressful, uncomfortable, and unhygienic. This is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen in public transport. I could not rest at all and was worried about carrying bedbugs home. Cleanliness standards were clearly neglected, and this shows a lack of care for passengers. I would not recommend this service until strict cleaning and pest control measures are put in place.

The bus drivers were so kind and their driving was very good,and they arrived on time, but the bus was so cold wind coming on the windows, the seats are very uncomfortable and the are no bathrooms.

I didn't like the service both drivers gave me, the driver said I must give him R50 because I have 2 large bags

Horrible. Bus was 4 hours late and kept on stopping at very dodgy places leaving us at risk of being hijacked.

All things that has been mentioned in the Internet it’s all wrong the service was bad the driver even left as a place called Montrose and we were to come with another bus so to me it is bad so I’m going to tell my friends to rate this bus service advance one star so it is bad for people and those who are willing to travel

Very bad trip. Bus broke down 5 times. The bus was not serviced. Horrible experience, these busses should not be allowed to carry people. Bus drivers are so rude.

Delra was 1 hour late to depart Midrand, we left joburg to mthatha at 22h00 along the road it started raining it pouring rain inside everyone was wet, then it started binding wheels smoke inside the bus everyone screaming bus is on fire when approaching Mont Frere we got pulled off by police only to find the bus is not roadworthy drove to police station they impound the bus we had to wait for another bus from Mthatha. Delta is the worse bus service ever

The bus was very late. We waited 10 hours for it. And the bus has bugs inside it.

If I could I would give Delta Coaches zero rating. Six o’clock bus came at 9 o’clock and the driver was not even remorseful for keeping us waiting. When the bus came, it was already full there was nowhere to sit or even to stand. In the bus there were ppl going everywhere such as East London, Eastern Cape, Durban and Cape Town. Still this bus did not take us we had to wait for another bus which took over an hour. Took us to Park Station where we waited for another bus which took its own hour to arrive. We left Park station 5 hours after we were stopped to leave. I hate Delta coaches with all heart. very poor service and rude and inconsiderate staff.

The trip was smooth. Bus very clean, seats comfortable and everything was in great condition. The staff very professional. I liked that I could charge my phone, etc. I was very impressed. I didn’t mind that we were over an hour late, as I’d rather be safe than early.

1. Bus broke down in Montrose, we waited for an exchange bus which arrived 6 hours later. Could be the busses allocated to the Mthatha route are old.

The trip was good. The seats were very comfortable and all the drivers were well experienced. The only issue i have is that I was never refunded a ticket I bought last year July, I called and emailed till today I never got any response.

The trip was very good, bus arrived on time and the drivers were very friendly. The bus service ensured constant updates every 30 minutes about the bus arrival time and checking in.

The driver was nice, there was a 3 hour delay due to unavoidable reasons otherwise everything was cool. The charging sockets need to be fixed though, it's been a whole year now since they stopped working.

The driver kept stopping for long periods of time without even communicating, at some point we were stopped by police.
