Was a great experience first time traveling from Utica to Manhattan. All employees were helpful very professional would definitely recommend not only for myself, but other people taking Amtrak thanks again. On a sidenote, it’s kind of cool to know that the doors aren’t gonna fly out, or the wheels will fall off in transit, unlike the airline industry

I was very disappointed in the organization. Our gate was changed in New York leading to confusion and many passengers taking longer to find and board the bus. Which consequently departed late resulting in all passengers changing busses missing their original bus and having to take one that left a full hour later than originally intended. All the while never communicating in regards to new ETA as a result of their errors.

Very clean and a quiet ride. The only thing I didn’t like is the temperature within the bus. I truly don’t understand why it must be cold. My feet and fingers were freezing. The overall ride was quiet and I had a nap
