I was at the appropriate bus pick up location and no bus showed up. I had to take the metro to the Jefferson/Greyhound station to get on a bus. There was also little to no information about Jefferson at the MSP airport. Overall, very dissatisfied and upset.

Got the impression that this was the first time this driver had done this route - she got lost twice. Not her fault, Jefferson should be training staff properly and getting new drivers to shadow routes before driving them, or have an experienced driver with them the first few times they do a new route.
