Started out in Miami 10 minutes late, it became 25 minutes late, but arrived in Gainesville 2-3 minutes early
I wish there was more communication to us passengers, for instance when we switched busses. The second driver was very helpful in telling us Wi-Fi password, his name, where we were arriving at the stops, but not word on the first bus. We as passengers are kinda in the dark what is happening sometimes
According to user reviews, the service is highly recommended for being absolutely comfortable, clean, on time, safe and reliable. However, some customers have mentioned issues such as the lack of wifi and an outdated bus station. Additionally, there were complaints about luggage getting soaked even in the undercarriage of the bus.
