Firstly the bus was on time that I enjoyed, but on finding out third, fourth & fifth hand, we found out the driver had been assaulted by a passenger therefore he called the police. This wasn’t my issue, u understand a crimes had been committed and it was the police to collect as much information for the driver, in regards to the assault. There was no professionalism with the coach drivers, passengers are coming from a long journey, and this is the only mode of transport that does not keep their customer informed/ updated. Finally after over an hour, another driver was called out to replace the assaulted driver, by this time another coach turned up going to Leeds but going via Bradford and many other stops, this was at 10:26 and the driver of that coach said we’d arrive in Leeds at 13:00pm. I’d already been delayed and as you can imagine just wanted to get home. The lack of information to the passengers was a disappointment, and I fully understand procedures need to be followed but keeping the passengers informed would’ve been more respectable from National Express

I arrived the Airport Station very early. I took NX170 departing by 12:05 noon instead of the original booking NX171 leaving by 13:20. The driver was friendly and helpful.
One negative comment is that no sign of “National Express” was shown on the bus bays A, B, C.
