Toilet was blocked. The driver allowed us to use the toilets at Stoke service station, the driver drove off with mine and 6 others belongs. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service to be told that the driver would stop however he didn’t stop. I have used megabus previously and had many okay trips with them. HOWEVER THIS WAS THE WORST. I gave megabus the benefit of the doubt many times but this has made me decide to go with national express instead. Very disappointed considering I value megabus. Have lots more to say but not enough time to say.
Based on 29511 reviews, the company was rated 4.2 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the wifi. National Express ticket prices on this trip start at $19
