The bus was cancelled last min and then I was put on a new bus with a transfer much later at night and the second bus was cancelled and I was stranded in downtown Toronto I left Kitchener at 6pm.

I missed the bus because I got zero support from the drivers. They did call me related to the bus, but I couldn't understand their Indian accents (no racist), so I stated Im moving from Kitchener to Ottawa, their tone sounds rude and they hang up, leaving me out there, freezing for like an hour because I got no update from them, I didnt even know their bus being late or I missed the bus. When my friend tried to call them related this topic, they stated I didn't response to them so they leave me. We DID call and communicate, the problem is I don't understand their accent, and they hang up without giving any support. I ended up paying for another ticket with $50 and got freezed for 70 minutes.
