Bus Tickets from Kingston, NY, US to Saratoga Springs

All the drivers on the trip except for the last one were great. However, the last driver, from Albany to NYC was unprofessional and inappropriate. I have never in my long life felt unsafe during a trip due to a driver or pilot before last Thursday. That in addition to the fact that the trip started quite late due to the fact that he took forever to load the bus with passengers, and. He then got lost driving. Would it not have been for one of the other passengers who walked up to the front and spent almost 10 minutes helping the driver find the correct way, and direct his driving (as he had driven one of these busses himself and knew where there was enough space to turn, etc), I don't know how much more delayed we would have been. It was evident to all the passengers around me that the driver seemed odd and somewhat scary. We all looked at each other like - What is going on?!?!?! The woman across the aisle put on her seatbelt just as I thought I should do that. He spoke to the passengers as if he had been reported in the past. He even stated his name and the spelling, stating, in case someone wants to report him. Some of the things he said was regular information, and some were inappropriate commentary. I video taped some of it if anyone is interested in hear it. To make up time, the driver drove in a way that felt unsafe as well. Once we got to the city, I could tell we entered Port Authority on a way the Trailway bus had not done before (I have been going upstate most Thursdays the entire summer.) The bus parked at Gate 60 (not Gate 30, where it was supposed to drop us off). Normally, I walk up the stairs to the right and have the subway right there. At Gate 60, which was in a totally different area, the gates toward the subway were shut down. I had to walk around in Port Authority with my 40 lbs backpack with seriously heavy camera gear to look for the subway in the middle of the night. It was late to begin with, and the half hour late arrival did not help, at the wrong Gate.
