Was traveling from jhb to nelspruit. Our bus got stuck two hours into the drive. We set there in there bus for 9 hours before another coach could be sent to fetch us. That was the worst expirience also being my first time to use your services. Bad impression that will last

We had a tire puncture and it took hours to fix it. It will be great to fix and service buses before going on the road
According to user feedback, the bus service provides smooth and superb travel experiences with friendly and helpful staff. However, there are suggestions for maintaining cleanliness in the toilet area as it can have an unpleasant smell affecting passengers near the back seats. Additionally, better communication regarding rules and stops before departure is recommended by some users.

I enjoy the safe trip. Friendly driver.
What I dislike is the urine smell in the bus. Seems toilets are not cleaned regularly. Happened on 2 bus trips from jhb to nelspruit. Had to keep my aircon on from jhb to nelspruit.

Disappointing is not even good enough of a word to describe the second half of my trip to Nelspruit using InterCity Big Sky. The busses are poorly maintained. Thereby causing a snowball effect when two busses on the same day forced a third bus (ours) to wait for four hours so that the passengers from the other two busses could join up with us in Pretoria and travel the rest of the way to Nelspruit. Bus No1 broke down on the road. Bus No 2's air conditioner did not work. Bus No 3's sliding windows on the driver's side door has no rubber bracing. I made a plan with wads of paper. So that they did not rattle against each other and break. The noise it made was good enough to deafen the driver and the passengers in the front of the bus. I will never travel with this bus service again.
