We did not go on the assigned bus. The bus we left in was damaged halfway. Help arrived extremely late and we missed the next bus. We had to take an uber and missed the flight.

We arrived at the GW Bridge close to on time and then took a long break. When when we started again we then with no notification the bus headed to the Lincoln Tunnel as the Bus driver was choosing to go to Port Authority to fix a broken door. When in NYC the decision was made to switch the bus. I was supposed to be in Newark at 11:45 I arrived at 12.50 1.23 minutes before my flight. After taking a cab to the airport and getting through security I made my plane by 1 minute. It was very stressful and if Greyhound had told us the bus was being diverted I COULD have chose to get off an take an Uber from the GW Bridge. Very poor communication.
