Firstly the bus arrives late 30 minutes and the pick up point was not nice.
The bus no 616 was boarded and it was full to capacity. However I booked a Mainliner and this was not. The toilets were filthy. The entire trip smelled disgusting. The passenger next to me was drinking alcohol. The seats were worn and uncomfortable. I had difficulty believing that this was the same Intercape I loved for so many years? This was my worst experience with your service.

I booked a ticket for 12:20 but left at 14:45. Each and every bus that came around 12:00 was full to the brim. I mean if we book according to the times that are convenient to us shouldn’t there be space availability.
Also had to stop along the way to swap buses because of a sudden change of route! I found that very unprofessional
Driver was good,but bus was few hours late and before booking check route for stops it showed 2 stops but ended doing over 6 stops and reached destination 3 hours late

I didn't enjoy anything because the bus never came!! After an hour of it been late i called to find out where is the bus!! To my surprise i was told the bus was the, guess what they transferred from big sky to intercape and they did not communicate that!!! I was arrogantly told I've forfeited my ticket. I'm still angry about the service i received overall. Very very very poor

Felt safe up until the assistant started a long conversation with the driver, which I think distracted the driver. I also saw a cockroach on the surface. Overall not a bad experience.
