I didn't use the ticket going to NYC because I rode with a family. So when I tried to return to Corning, I found out that the schedule had been changed and I didn't receive any notification. I couldn't make the connecting bus from Binghamton to Corning. I had to find another way to get home. It was a major inconvenience on the family.

Problems started in Binghamton. Bus 1 hr. late. Driver (a replacement for no-show orig. driver) had never driven this route. Got off Rt.80 as soon as we entered NJ and headed North-east. Took us nearly to Patterson befrore heading south to Newark. Choice of routes seemed inexplicable. We spent hours traveling at 5 mph thru NJ traffic.
And another issue: My ticket indicates the route from Binghamton had one intermediate stop: Scranton, PA. There is no mention of a second stop at Newark. I booked on Trailways because the departure time was later than the Corning-to-NYC bus route run by OurBus. Next time I'm going to take OurBus.
The bus service is easy to book and provides a comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet ride. Customers appreciate the friendly and punctual drivers who even arrive early at the final destination.
