I booked from Langley but got a ticket from Aldergrove so not really what I expected as I would have gone to Langley without having to drive that extra. I had to put my ride out a lot longer that way, check to see where the glitch is plz.

My only complaint was that the bus felt cold

1. The bus was late due to mechanical issues. 2. I am on this ebus now. We are currently sitting at Coquihalla Lakes rest stop waiting to change drivers. The other driver is not here. It’s been about 30 min and still no driver. 3. The driver Brian is chatting with the passengers about his pension and previous jobs. He’s talking about how much money he made (6 figures) in Ft MacMurray. This is far too intimate a conversation to have with strangers. Not professional. 4. The shuttle driver and this bus driver are not wearing their masks. The shuttle driver had his on, but his nose was not covered. 5. The shuttle driver was constantly on his phone while driving. Not hands free. If I had driven, I would have been there 2 hours ago. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.
