Very ponctual at departure, not at arrival. Late of 20 mn. It was warm inside when it was 5°c outside. Conformtable seats. We made a break of 30 mn that i deem quite useless for such short trip.

Booked 2 trips with JETT. The first to Petra went well, both pick ups as planned. My 2nd trip was very bad: Going to the Dead Sea was fine, however, I decided to stay at another hotel instead of suggested by the driver. Although he said he would pick me up there at the time we have arranged, he didn't come. We waited for 1.5 hour and me and two other people had to take an UBER back to Amman. Very unfortunate and not professional.

Bus was cancelled with no notice given so we had to get the next one, we got no compensation for this. Bus also stopped for 40 minutes at a shop which further delayed us. We ended up getting to Amman over an hour after we were supposed to.
