CEVESA is appreciated for its punctuality and comfortable travel experience, as highlighted by several users. However, some passengers noted the absence of a bathroom on board, which was inconvenient for elderly travelers. Additionally, there were concerns about temperature settings and ticket availability affecting boarding at certain stops.

The worst part was that the driver and the helper didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate. But the journey was good.
