The trip was good and on time. We even arrived well in advance of schedule in Armenia. Unfortunately, a big minus was that it was extremely cold, which made it impossible to sleep. We were not prepared for this.

The trip ride was ok. The restaurant we stopped at didnt have fresh food. The lady shorted us on the almojabanas we bought. There was a hair in my salad. The bus did not have toilet paper in the washroom and the wifi was very low quality. I would not recommend express bolivariano to anyone
Daniel H.
There were no outlets on the bus. There were no foot rests. There was a period of time that the AC was off and it was very hot on the bus. A couple stops, but riders were not told. Fast driving with hard stops.

Didn’t go. Ticket didn’t exist they said. Needed to pay 900.000 COP for an uber

Service and organisation was very good! The busdriver drove very fast and rough. I was a bit scared and we arrived way to early 2h, so I had to wait in the terminal instead of sleeping in the sleeping chair.
Fabian B.
Very noisy. A driver yelling at a foreigner for getting sick on the bus. It was absurd.
