Bolivariano receives praise for its comfortable seating and professional drivers, with some users appreciating the affordability of the service. However, there are consistent mentions of issues such as loud films during late hours, unreliable WiFi, overly cold air conditioning, and occasional delays in arrival times. Some facilities like USB ports or paper in toilets were also reported to be lacking at times.

The 8am bus we booked online left early at 0735 so just as well we arrived early at 0730! 3 Americans at our hostel went to buy tickets at the station and were told the 8am was full so they could only book for 9am. Our bus was only half full throughout the whole journey so not too sure how the bus company manages its seats. Arrived in Armenia over an hour earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise.

The driver is very professional but the bus itself is old and does not have many things it advertises like Wifi or screens. And it stops everywhere so that we arrived very late.

Journey took 8.5 hours not 7 as advertised. Seats were comfortable. Driver was very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked for about half the journey.
