The bus broke down halfway through the trip and we had to wait an hour for a new bus. Other than that, the ride went smoothly and I did get where I needed to be.

On time good, driver friendly good, ticketing good, however the driver did not announce bus stops pre arrival. It is very difficult to see these stops in the dark. I almost missed Segura de León. Trip was not visible on electronic screen at Seville.This makes it very confusing for strangers taking the journey.

My complaint is with your online booking page. I found that it was extremely useless and such a waste of time. I really needed your service to get back to Seville on Sunday/Monday and whatever I tried, I just could not do it. Even speaking to the attendant and speaking to an advisor on the phone was a waste of time as they were of no help and do not know any English!

I paid £16 for this tickets and the drivers said my name was not on his list do I could not travel. I had to buy a new one in the bus station, it had to be for the next day, Thursday 7th July because,by that time, the bus had already departed.
