Greyhound customer service people are not only lier but take advantage of people. As I said it already I was told my trip was cancelled as requested and I would get refunded in my original payment at a point when I confirmed it to the woman who bought me a plane ticket with scholarship money. But I allowed her after I was shure I would get refunded and which they told me would be with 3 to 7 days but it was never cancelled and when I called again staffs pretend I never called. It is the worst when a company's motto is lack of integrity. I at least know I have been taking advantage of but for the last time never will I book a travel with this dishonest company.
