Greyhound Chicago Tulsa recent customer reviews
I got to Tulsa 2 days late and had a 13 hour layover in St. Louis that was unacceptable and unplanned.

This was an awful experience. I arrived at the downtown Chicago station at 1 am for my trip to St Louis that was scheduled to leave at 1:30 am. The bus ended up being 3 hrs and 15 mins late. The bus driver told us it was because Greyhound did not have enough buses and he also had to wait for the bus. Because of this I missed my connection to Tulsa that should have been at 8:20 am but we arrived in St. Louis at 10 am. I was told the next bus to Tulsa was at 6 pm so I ended up having to wait in St. Louis for 8 hours and getting to Tulsa at 2:40 am the next day. This was the worst travel experience of my life as the whole ordeal took 25 hours when it should have taken 15.
