The delayed arrival (40 min late) was a bit stressfull for me. To me it was unclear that I had a seat number (as it was number 1 on the ticket, I interpreted this to be the number of seats I had booked) and was somewhat unfriendly woken up at 1.30 am to change seats, but I understand that this was also on my part. Lastly, as my Spanish is insufficient, it was very difficult for me that the departure information on the screens at the bus station was not up-to-date at all, and I therefore was depending entirely on encyphering the messages broadcasted by the speakers to understand if my bus was already departing. This was impossible for me, luckily the staff was helpfull. So my most relevant tip would be to keep the screens at bus stations up-to-date and to mark the destination on the buses, so that travellers (also the not-spanish speaking) can independently find their way around the stations.
Apart from that, I am quite content with the fast, safe and comfortable journey I experienced.
