Chihuahuenses receives praise for its comfortable and spacious seating, timely arrivals, and friendly drivers. However, multiple reviews highlight concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms on board. While passengers appreciate features like air conditioning and entertainment options when functioning properly, improvements in restroom maintenance could enhance overall satisfaction.

bus broke down had to wait for another bus for 3 hours was supposed too arrive in mexico city at 11:00 am didn't get there until after 5:00pm

The bus left me at the border customs and was there without internet to call an uber or for help. A bus driver who came from Los Angeles offered me a ride to the motel where I was staying five minutes away for $20 that he pocketed . Isn’t this illegal and shouldn’t he have been so kind to give me a free ride for free, knowing that the bus prior to his had left in the wee hours of the morning? And he air conditioning was not working the whole trip. Everyone complained as well. It was unbearable to tolerate the intense heat. The driver told us that at the next couple of stops he would have it fixed and he never did.

Bus was 3 hours late and a 3 hour trip took 4 because of a lengthy break in the middle of no where

Bus left 50 minutes late, the toilet wouldn't flush.
