The trip from Buffalo to Boston was delayed due to a problem with the heat, but the driver was very nice and kind and we arrived on time. Nevertheless, it was cold inside the bus and we had to cover ourselves with all of our jackets

Service was very good, only one driver was little bit rude. I asked a question twice she didn't want to answer me.
