When I arrived at the station in Los Angeles, to take the bus to Bakersfield, I was informed it had come and gone. A full hour and a half before the stated departure time. Not only that, but since I ended up on a later bus, I missed my connection, and had to pay a completely new ticket to my final destination in Fresno, even though it was on the same exact bus. I would not recommend Tufesa. The poor service, lack of communication, and general disinterest in seeing my situation left a very poor taste in my mouth.
Based on 245 reviews, the company was rated 3.3 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the wifi. Los Limousines ticket prices on this trip start at $57

The bus never showed up, I waited 30 minutes past the departure time at the designated bus station and tried calling multiple times. I never got a notification of cancel and they still charged me.
Users have praised the great customer service provided by Amtrak representatives, who were helpful in addressing questions. However, there was an instance where a bus driver reacted strongly to a passenger using speakerphone, even though the call had already ended. This suggests that while assistance is commendable, communication could be improved in certain situations.
