Bus was only 10m late, which is fantastic for a little wiggle room! Chair was SUPER comfortable(curved & lumbar support!), which is VERY important for someone with Limited Mobility and Chronic Pain, like myself. It reclines with a handle on the side & the armrest lowers/raises with ease. There’s even footrests! There were 2 USB ports, 2 electric outlets, and garbage bags hanging on the wall of each 2 seat section.
Ersin(sp?); our driver, was SO KIND & helpful! We stopped in Kingston for 15m; but, due to my issues, I was delayed in returning to the bus. Ersin called me to let me know & waited a couple of minutes for me to return…such customer care!
