The location to get on in Belleville was hazardous. We were 2 very senior seniors and had to navigate over a curb of snow which was quite slippery. The bus was comfortable and smooth.

Bus was only 10m late, which is fantastic for a little wiggle room! Chair was SUPER comfortable(curved & lumbar support!), which is VERY important for someone with Limited Mobility and Chronic Pain, like myself. It reclines with a handle on the side & the armrest lowers/raises with ease. There’s even footrests! There were 2 USB ports, 2 electric outlets, and garbage bags hanging on the wall of each 2 seat section.
Ersin(sp?); our driver, was SO KIND & helpful! We stopped in Kingston for 15m; but, due to my issues, I was delayed in returning to the bus. Ersin called me to let me know & waited a couple of minutes for me to return…such customer care!

Today driver was rude he didn’t help with luggage my luggage was all the way at the end I have to get in to the trunk to get my luggage. I had few ride before was good today really bad experience bus floor was so dirty and driver was very rude.sorry to say I am driver. Today driver shouldn’t drive bus. Thanks
