Greyjound is absolutely awful. After booking my ticket and reserving my seat, they show up with a packed bus with no available seats for ticketed passengers. We were told to wait on the noon bus, but that was already sold out. The next bus was at 3pm and their was a "possibility" that we coukd get on that one. I ended up paying a $174 uber ride to LAX so that i wouldnt miss all my connections because of greyhound incompent behavior. The station was in the middle of a bad area with drug addicts everywhere. They were not about to leave me stuck in an unfamiliar town
