Bus was over an hour late. No explanation as to why. Staff at Caesar's were rude and very unhelpful

The drivers and bus staff were excellent and very friendly, funny, and helpful. However, it was very difficult for me to find where the bus was when arriving at the casino. There was no signage, casino staff appeared annoyed by my questions, and it took way too long to reach a Greyhound customer support by phone (who was also unhelpful). These are minor issues that can easily be resolved with proper signage and directions in emails to customers.
Customers have praised the bus service for its efficiency, punctuality, and courteous drivers. Many appreciated the clean and peaceful rides as well as excellent customer service that accommodated missed pickups. However, some users mentioned issues with non-functional outlets and a lack of clear signage at pickup locations.

The customer service was top notch. I missed my 4pm bus pickup. They were able to transfer my 4pm ticket to the 5:15pm pickup. I made it home safely. Could not ask for anything more.
