Bus Tickets from Anaheim to Biltmore Los Angeles

The driver could have been helpful with the luggage. I had to help a young (about 15) girl get her suitcase as it was pushed back far enough so it would have been a problem for her to get.

It was relaxing with great scenery. It was better with out dealing with traffic, and didnt have to worry about finding a parking meter.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the transit centre, went to the counter to ask for help from the only person working. I was told by this worker, who was extremely rude, that they aren’t a greyhound employee so wouldn’t help me. The greyhound window had a sign on its window saying closed. I then worked out how to track my bus. It was scheduled to depart Anaheim at 4:25pm and the tracker was saying the bus wouldn’t arrive until 5:05pm. This time became later and later each time I checked, to the point it was saying it would arrive at 5:40pm I’m Anaheim, not arriving in LA until after 6:30pm. I had a commitment to be at by 7pm, so I went and paid for another set of tickets to travel by Amtrak to LA. By the time I purchased these tickets and walked to the platform, the online bus tracker changed and said the bus was arriving NOW! I watched the bus pull in, load up passengers and leave. Your bus tracker is useless if it isn’t going to show real time travel. I wasted additional money buying train tickets to ensure my arrival into LA on time, due to your system saying the bus would be over an hour and a half late. My partner and I aren’t happy and will be recommending friends and family who travel to the US to not use your services.
