Was not notified in advance that bus was delayed 1 hour and 30 minutes. Found out it was delayed in Ottawa from a fellow passenger who got the email. I didn’t get any email notifying me of this delay (and yes, I checked my deleted and junk mail). Only good thing was the driver was very kind

Don’t advertise free WiFi on busses where it isn’t available. We were stuck without internet for the entire duration of the trip. Also, the temperature was very cold inside the bus.
