The bus driver was very kind and helpful. The bus schedule is also very punctual. I didn’t like the the bus was dirty with coffee cups stashed on the window seats. Chewed gum on window seals. WiFi was not available on the top decker despite the message that the bus has WiFi running.

I thought it was great tagt we could choose where we wanted to sit, but unfortunately, the seat I picked didn't have anything to fasten your seatbelt so I had to move in order to feel safe. Other than that I felt like I had a lot of leg room, so that was great and it was a really nice trip. We were perfectly on time (even a little bit early) so that was great too. Great experience all in all, except for the seatbelt thing.
