Our bus was supposed to leave at 9:05 and didn’t leave until 10:35. The bus smelled of urine. Only 1 of our 4 screens worked. There was garbage stuffed behind curtain at our window. The women’s bathroom was revolting. The bus driver had to pull into a rest stop so people could use the bathrooms. There was no communication in the terminal to let us know what was happening. The bus was in the terminal for at least an hour before it left so there was plenty of time to clean the washrooms and get rid of the garbage. Until now we have been very impressed with bus service in Mexico.

We didn’t leave mazatlan forty five minutes late, so we got to Tepic, and our bus we had booked to la pe nite had left, went to counter to show our original tickets couldn’t get a connection to internet so I showed lady reference number and we had to pay again but half price as she said we lost our tickets which we hadn’t as couldn’t get internet. Got to la pen ita two hours late. Not impressed.
