Bus from Mexico City to Oaxaca: Tickets & Timetables

The seat was softer than Japanese one. It was very comfortable. The phone charger export was not as good as regular so it took longer than i expected.

I forgot my jacket in the bus, and we spend so much time trying to get it back, but they werent very helpfull

The trip went smoothly, the driver was competent, and my seat was comfortable for the long ride.

Driver was doing great with his job. The only problem is the restroom. It was extremely smelly. We sat 4~5 rows ahead of the restroom but can still feel the strong smell. Couldn't enjoy the trip at all. Most of the time I have to cover my nose to not feel dizzy.

Driver was amazing. Very happy with service and cleanliness of bus. Unhappy with disorganized approach to baggage, boarding, gate labeling and security.

disaster, we asked multiple boarding staff about our 23.59 bus to Oaxaca,we arrived at 23.00. even told to wait when it was delayed, we ended up missing our bus. there was another ado bus to Oaxaca at 23.59 that was not platinum, very confusing for the staff and us. no one checked our tickets, and we were told we had to pay for another platinum ticket half price each, so another £60 to get a later bus. with 1 minute to spare! and they were not apologetic.

The seats were very comfortable and spacious. I felt safe in the overnight bus as a solo traveler. The lounge was nice coming into oaxaca, however in the platino lounge in mexico city TAPO there were no additional refreshments in the lounge. I would highly recommend this service.

Comfortable journey. One bottle of water provided for the trip which was the only extra. The seats were relaxing and spacious.

It was the weekend before Christmas, so I suspect lots of busses were running late, but we didn't get into Oaxaca until around 10pm. We were scheduled to arrive at 5:30. Otherwise the bus and staff were great.

All ok, traffic and construction delays arrival, not sure why left late, but ok

The bus was comfortable although smaller than on the plan given. Some people had higher seat numbers than were on the bus.

The staff and other passengers were very kind, the seats were comfortable and the driver was very skillful.

We were meant to be on a bus taking 6hrs 5mins from Mexico City airport to Oaxaca. An hour in and we had done a convoluted loop back to the airport…. No explanation?? We got to our destination after an 8hr 20min ride - so 30 % late!!

If you're not Mexican you'll be treated like a second class citizen. Don't use this company is so racist

Terrible, different address was put on the e-ticket than the email and I missed my bus

I has the most terrible experience in my life! The bus does not exist! The trip was no exist! No bus at all!

The route was completely different from the booking, rather than arriving at 12:30pm we arrived after 5pm with an extra stop and considerable delays, and our final destination was not the stop in the original agenda.

The bus never came and they were vague and kept us waiting waste of $100
