Apart from being a little latency in leaving, the service was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the same on all busses, why does the volume have to be so public and loud when people can plug earphones in?

Clean comfortable bus. Little complimentary bag with water and snacks. We were stuk in traffic and think the driver wanted to make up time. Speeding a lot which at times was a bit scary.
