The Rudd was very comfortable. I know it is hard climate and traffic situation, but it will be helpful to enjoy the ride even more if the windows/windshields be cleaner

After having travelled with Cruz Del Sur 2 other times really successfully (Lima-Ica and Ica-Paracas) we were dissapointed with our Paracas-Lima journey. Not only was the terminal at Paracas unorganised with unprofessional staff with unclear instruction about which bus we were to get on, leaving a bad taste in our mouth, the bus arrived late to both terminals. We appreciate traffic is unforeseen but there was no recognition to the 90 minute delay nor was there apology. Only redeeming factor was that it was well air conditioned and had comfortable seats.
