Avanza - Auto Res Valencia Madrid recent customer reviews
There was nothing we enjoyed about this service except that it did what it said and transported us from Valencia to Madrid. We understand that Avanza must have subcontracted other company's buses to cover the extra demand caused by the loss of a train option, but to charge the same fare for a substantially inferior bus was a disgrace. While we watched one group drive off in an Avanza bus with comfortable seats and personal entertainment screens, we were jammed onto what was little better than a glorified school bus for 5 hours.

Your carry in luggage can only be small. So pack carefully. A comfortable and safe trip.

The driver was rude. I asked him for orientation when the bus arrived to Madrid, but he said I was wasting his time.
