The seat in front of us was broken and permanently reclined.
Until just about 90 minutes until our arrival the inside temp of the bus was 26 degrees and uncomfortable. After our toilet stop the aircon worked and at 20 degrees passengers reached for jackets.

the bus arrived in toulouse an hour and 45 minutes late, there was no message or e-mail that the bus was running late, the bus driver took many cigarette and cofee breaks, the toilette on the bus could not be flushed, so the smell of urine inside the bus was almost unbearable, the a/c was too cold -all the passangers had to put on extra clothing. when the a/c was finaly turned off, the water started dripping down from the ceiling. wifi did not work, the whole trip was horrible
