It would have been great to have had an English speaking person esp. @ the international booth latter which was rather difficult to acess as it shut down by about 8pm.

Normally I am very pleased with ALSA, having taken it to and from Malaga, Almuñécar, Sevilla, and more. However, this bus from Lisboa to Granada was incredibly uncomfortable and unfit to drive a full bus of people almost 12 hours. I expected a bigger bus with more space for such a long journey. Additionally, the bathroom was locked and the stops for a public restroom were few and far between. Was a very uncomfortable experience and I will not be riding ALSA longer than 3-4 hours because of the discomfort and lack of bathroom access. Shorter trips, on the other hand, are just fine.

The bus should have been more comfortable for a trip that long. Also, passengers would not let me sit in the seat that I purchased. Also, there was no working bathroom on the bus and it was an overnight trip.
