The only hard thing was locating the University District stop for the bus. But when I got to the location there were already a couple people waiting (a specific sign identifying the stop would be great.) The bus itself was clean and comfortable. The driver was personable and gave us relevant information about stops (what refreshments were available, etc.) The WiFi was a nice touch, although it did seem to lose connection going over Snoqualmie Pass, while my phone retained its connection. All in all a good experience!
