Found the departure information at Sacramento disappointing. If it was for the positive attitude of the staff could have missed the bus there are no destination signs at the gate.
Some of the other passengers behaviour was concerning & annoying too. One constantly didn't understand her phone conversations at night were rude. Another pair wanted to have a full blown argument. Whilst one passenger was either under the influence or showing substance withdrawal..The driver didn't have the training or ability to deal with either.
Arriving at Portland after a while were told the relief driver was late & on their way. Departed 3 hours late, though staff did hand out water & pretzels.
