Bus left ar 6:30 when my ticket was for 5:30. Having to find a place to print my ticket ahead was inconvenient. The ticket address was at a different station. No one at the desk nor boards to tell me the gate. Given incorrect information multiple times. Paid extra for seat to have view for pics but it was worse because of a partition. TV was extremely extremely loud. No way to turn blowing a/c off.

I was sent to the wrong gate. Speaking little Spanish (when no bus came) I managed to ask for help and was redirected. The ride itself was smooth and pleasant.
