On my ticket it said departing from McMaster university but when I got there and saw no signage I called Greyhound and they told me the bus comes to the downtown Centre Hamilton so I went there..and then called again since the office was closed at the centre.. to confirm and they told me it was leaving from McMaster university after all. I rushed and spent 50 dollars back and forth on cab rides to each location and when I finally made it back to McMaster ten minutes before the bus was scheduled to depart.. it left early leaving me behind. I ended up missing the bus and having to find a GO bus leaving from Hamilton to Toronto after all that. I am never taking greyhound again.
