My bus was a few minutes late, which is understandable.
The wi-fi did not work - it appeared to be on, but would not connect. We did ask the driver who said this was a regular occurence on Eurolines buses, and that the drivers had complained about it.
We arrived at London 2 hours later than we should of, partly due to French customs checking bags, traffic, and the initial lateness of the bus.
On the hottest day of the year so far the AC on the bus was insipid and helped the bus be uncomfortabley hot.

Pickup from ghent was ridiculous. There is a coach park where coaches pick up people but it turned out eurolines dont use this. Instead they pick up at a completely random place a couple of minutes walk away. There are no signs whatsoever to tell people thats where eurolines pick up. Also my ticket said to arrive 1 hour before (9.15pm) for checkin and the bus didnt arrive until 10.17pm. Was promised charging ports on the bus but they were all european sockets. These buses go to and from the uk and I therefore had my uk plug and couldn't use it. Why not use usb to charge like other buses? And lastly why on earth do you go via the ferry? Other bus companies I have used for this route in the past go on the channel tunnel at folkestone which is a shorter journey and also saves being kicked off the bus and disrupting people sleeping on the night bus whilst the ferry crosses
