I am very fortunate to have one of your bus stops a 3 minute walk from my home.
You’re drivers both going into Victoria Bus Station, and bringing me home were delightfully welcoming and courteous, in fact, on arrival home I said something similar to that as I thanked him when I got off.
I am a Retired Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Examiner and today the RAD had a day for us at their Headquarters in London.
It was a very special occasion and the whole day was superb.

Bus was cancelled. We weren’t told so sat for 45 minutes.. then googled to find out. My trip to london was ruined and did not happen

Impossible to get hold of anyone either by calling, going online, trying to track its progress but no way of finding out why the bus was 50 mins late and no apology from the driver. When we finally got to Heathrow the driver had apparently gone over his allowed hours so had to stop for 30 mins. Some were offered another bus to get on which I did and finally got to my appointment with literally 1 minute to go. Not impressed. Return journey was fine. I booked the 8.40 as it gave me plenty of time - clearly not. Far too stressful.
