Our National Express bus did not arrive at all in Corsham on Mon 11th July, 2.38pm. Text messages and then The bus tracker said the bus was ‘on time’ but also showed that the bus was still at Bath Bus Station. We could see the approx arrival time slipping from 20mins to an extra 15mins to a further 5 then - the service had disappeared altogether from the tracker, over an hour later! We weren’t contacted by National Express or BudBus to let us know. We had a plane to catch from Heathrow, so this was very stressful! We had to make other last minute plans. Why weren’t we kept informed so we could plan earlier, and to lessen our stress?
