Aisa User Reviews
Aisa receives positive feedback for punctuality and timely arrivals. However, some users have expressed concerns about the lack of assistance during travel, difficulties with online ticket purchasing, high internet fares, absence of in-person customer service at counters, and narrow seating arrangements.
The information on Main Monitor at Avenida America is screwed up. It did NOT show 1500 hours departure for AISA bus. The lady at Informacion booth looked at my English language ticket and asked me to go to ALSA office. She was stupid. Glad that Monitor ar Gate 27 had correct information

No poder reclinar el asiento por tener alguien detras y el hueco para poder poner la lata,se caia todo el rato. El conductor súper majo,lo mejor del viaje junto lo de poder poner la peli que quieras.
